General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop ARCHEVO, operated by Dan Celestini, Switzerland.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Products

ARCHEVO offers modular 3D-printed lighting products composed of interchangeable bases, shades, and electrical connectors.

All products are designed for indoor use only.

Product images are illustrative. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the 3D printing process.

3. Safety information

  • Maximum bulb wattage: 6W

  • Indoor use only

  • Use only certified LED bulbs

  • Do not expose to moisture

  • Do not modify electrical components

  • Disconnect from power before handling

All electrical components are CE-certified.

4. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

ARCHEVO is not subject to VAT (Art. 10 para. 2 VAT Act). No VAT is charged.

Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

5. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation email.

ARCHEVO reserves the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect pricing, technical error, or payment issue.

6. Delivery

Delivery is limited to Switzerland.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days.

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post.
ARCHEVO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other available payment methods.

The order is processed only after full payment is received.

8. Right of Return

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • In original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty under Swiss law applies.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use

  • Use exceeding recommended bulb wattage (6W maximum)

  • Outdoor use

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly

10. Liability

ARCHEVO shall not be liable for indirect damages or misuse of the product.

Products must be used strictly in accordance with provided safety instructions.

11. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies.
Place of jurisdiction: Switzerland.
